The Businesses included in our Lists that sometimes use a generic email addresses as a point of contact. Our own business, APC, also uses a generic email address (info@apc-lists.com) as our main contact email address and like most businesses using a generic address,  we read and respond to every relevant email message sent to us. So do not disregard the generic email addresses found in our Lists as they are usually just as valuable as non-generic email addresses.
