The Businesses included in our Lists are mostly small and medium-size enterprises (SME’s) and around  30-50% of these businesses use a generic email address as a point of contact (ie; info@, sales@ etc ) Our own business, APC, also uses info@ as our main contact email address and like most business using a generic address,  we read and respond to every relevant email message sent to us. So do not disregard the generic email addresses found in our Lists as they are usually just as valuable as non-generic email addresses.
