Our Data is different!  We use the web to verify all the records held in our database.

Using conventional mailing lists and other relevant business data our dedicated offshore research team searches on the web to find each business listed. When found they visit that firm’s website and/or social media pages to confirm and verify email address details, business activities and other relevant data such as website and postal addresses as well as telephone numbers although we do not supply Contact Names unless they form part of the email address.

There can be little doubt that the web is going to provide the most accurate and up-to-the-minute business data. That is why all our directories and lists have been painstakingly researched via web research methods.

Then every few months in order to keep the resulting data up to date we send a verification email to the addresses in our database and we simply delete the addresses that hard bounce. In addition, every few weeks, we submit all our email addresses to the industry’s leading email validation service, Zerobounce.net,  to remove invalid addresses and most importantly to remove email addresses of known complainers and opt-outers, and having tried dozens of other similar services we have found Zerobounce to be far the best at removing such addresses from our Lists.

By comparison, most competing suppliers of email lists compile data simply by keying unverified information from published sources of information such as public records, telephone books or trade directories which is often out of date. And to make matters worst these email addresses are often not regularly checked and validated which is why these suppliers, unlike us, do not offer a 100% refund for email addresses that Hard Bounce.
